Email Subscribers
Managing Subscriptions
The Subscriptions table allows you to manage who receives automated email alerts regarding your data pipeline and forecasting status.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Add a Subscriber | Enter the email address in the bottom row, select the desired alerts from the dropdown, and click Add. |
| Edit a Subscriber | Click the Blue Pencil icon to modify an email address or change notification preferences. |
| Remove a Subscriber | Click the Red Trash Can icon to permanently stop notifications for the respective user. |
Notification Types
The Subscriptions column features a multi-select dropdown. You can assign one or both of the following values to any user:

Forecast Failure - Data Issue: Triggers an alert if there is a failure or delay during the initial data import stage.

Forecast Completion: Triggers a notification once the forecasting model has successfully finished its run and results are ready for review.
Note: Ensure all email addresses are accurate to prevent team members from missing critical pipeline updates.
